200+ Workshops · Performance · Wild Creation
Art is not something to be observed here — it is something to be made, shared, discovered and left as a gift to the earth.

What's On
Over 200 workshops running across the full weekend — from nature drawing in the dew of the morning to wild paint-making at dusk. Every age, every ability, every curiosity welcome.
Nature Drawing
Sit with the land and learn to see it freshly. Guided nature drawing sessions in the meadow and under the trees — no experience needed, just open eyes.
Wild Paint Making
Grind earth pigments, extract plant dyes, and create watercolours from the land itself. Take home paints you made from the wild.
Theatre & Performance
Outdoor theatre performances and participatory drama workshops throughout the weekend. Stories told beneath the canopy that you'll carry home.
Wild Words Tent
The Wilderlands Wild Words Tent — a programme of talks, storytelling, poetry readings and Bedtime Stories for All. Words that transport you to other times and places.
Textile & Fibre Arts
Weaving, natural dyeing, and fibre craft workshops using materials gathered from the surrounding landscape. Slow art for a fast world.
Botanical Illustration
Guided botanical drawing with plants collected from the site. Learn to observe the intricate architecture of leaves, flowers and seed heads.
Clay & Ceramics
Hand-build with natural clay in the open air. From pinch pots to sculptural forms — the oldest art form made new in the woodland.
Poetry & Writing
Writing workshops for all — sit with the landscape and let it speak. Evening poetry readings around the fire under a canopy of stars.
Street Art & Murals
Large-scale collaborative murals created over the weekend. Add your mark to a living artwork that documents this year's gathering.
The Wilderlands
A shelter of canvas and story. The Wilderlands Wild Words Tent hosts talks, live storytelling, poetry readings, author conversations and — best of all — Bedtime Stories for All. A place to rest your body and let your imagination wander.
"Transport yourself to other places and other times — all are welcome."
